This bouldering gym is planned to open in Sugar Land, Texas in the fall of 2026. The gym’s name comes from the social concept of a “third space”; a space outside of work and home that people can come to connect, relax and foster community. With this element in mind, a separation is carved out in the lobby to allow for a gathering space away from the bouldering area, with a large opening provided for viewing from the lobby during competitions.

Additionally, “third space” calls back to Space City and takes inspiration from outer space decor and furnishings. The entrance to the climbing area is defined by a tunnel to establish an experience of expansion as you move into the bouldering zone.
